Classes are held at two locations for your convenience: Huntingtown (Julie Rogers Studio of Dance), Prince Frederick Results Fitness (formerly World Gym). Private Yoga sessions, and corporate yoga are also available.

Attending yoga class at Susan Robinson Yoga
When attending yoga class wear comfortable clothing or yoga/exercise attire. You want to be comfortable and able to move easily. It's a good idea to bring your own
yoga mat, blocks and strap for healthy hygiene. In the winter months you may enjoy covering yourself for final relaxation, so bring a blanket. We have a few extras on-hand for when you forget these items or when you're just starting out and don't want to invest quite yet. At the least, it is strongly suggested that you have your very own yoga mat!

Focus Fridays are offered every week to help improve your yoga practice, skills and understanding of yoga. These "mini-workshops are gentle, and increase your knowledge of yoga in different areas of interest. We have enjoyed such subjects as Hip-openers, Balance, Shoulder Release, Sun-Salutations, Meditation, Modifications using props, and Core Strength. We learned about Banhas, Chakras, Mudras, and Mantras. We have done Yoga with Weights, Partner Yoga, and Susan's own creation "Dancing With Chakras".
