Special Announcement!  The classes at Julie Rogers Studio of Dance will  end March 22, 2019. Susan is in the process of selling her home and will be moving to North Carolina!  Susan will no longer teach at Results Fitness Club after March 22. 2019

We will have class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from March 1-22  

All Gentle Yoga, no more Focus Friday 

There is a special pass available for the month of March in our webstore that are good for use at Julie Rogers Studio of Dance.   The pass is for ten classes since that's the number of classes available from March 1-22.  The cost is $50.  Even if you only come to five classes in March this is a great pass to have for our final month at the Dance Studio.

We look forward to seeing you in our classes!  All classes are non-intimidating, easy going, non-judgmental, and easy to follow.  Each student is ask to listen to their own body, and do what feels right for them.  We will focus on our connection to the earth, moving with our breath and letting go of what we are holding onto in our body and mind.  You will feel good during and after practicing yoga with Susan.  Not only will your body feel relaxed and open, but your mind and heart will feel centered, peaceful, and calm.  You are invited and welcome to join our classes.

Results Fitness (formerly World Gym) Prince Frederick MD    (gym membership required or $10 at the door)

Instructing group yoga at Results Fitness (formerly World Gym ) Mondays at 9 am, and Fridays 4:45 pm.  Located at The Patuxent Health Center in Prince Frederick, Dare's Beach Rd.  Start your week off right with Gentle Yoga for flexibility, grounding, and connecting mind and body.  A very popular class!  End your week with lots of stretching and strengthening poses to unwind and prepare for your weekend feeling rejuvenated.

Every Monday 9:00 am Gentle Yoga 

Every Friday 4:45 pm Yoga (Stretch and Strength Yoga)

Focus Fridays

Focus Fridays are offered every week to help improve your yoga practice, skills and understanding of yoga.  These "mini-workshops are gentle, and increase your knowledge of yoga in different areas of interest.  We have enjoyed such subjects as        Hip-openers,  Balance, Shoulder Release, Sun-Salutations, Meditation, Modifications using props, and Core Strength.  We learned about Banhas, Chakras, Mudras, and Mantras.  We have done Yoga with Weights, Partner Yoga, and Susan's own creation "Dancing With Chakras".

Meditation Workshops are offered to help you learn ways to calm and quiet your mind, and how to handle stressful situations in our everyday lives.
