Susan Robinson Yoga Classes create a space for you to turn off the outside world and tune into your inner voice.  The start of our classes 

reflect that.  Then we begin to move into the physical part of our practice, which leaves you feeling wonderful in mind, body, and spirit!

Stretching creates more flexibility in your body.  Listening to your own body will give you the most from your yoga practice.  We offer a non-intimidating atmosphere so you will feel comfortable and welcomed in class.  For strength and building balance we hold poses in a way that feels right and safe for our own body.  Each body is unique especially after years of habitual movement and tension, so we will allow our body to unravel gradually over time.  You will feel calm and relaxed, yet rejuvenated after these gentle yoga classes. 

(Class Passes are not available at this time as the transition to Oak Island is coming together)  

Yoga class passes may be purchased with credit/debit card at the "Web Store" for single class, 1-Month Pass, 2-Month Pass, and 3-Month Pass, and can also be purchased at the class where cash or checks are accepted (please come a few minutes early if paying at class).

Thai Yoga Bodywork begins to stretch and open the body while it is deeply relaxing. Flexibility is not required to receive the benefits. This work can be useful for most body types.
